# Vacation

### **자유로운 휴가제도가 있습니다.**

**휴가 사유를 적지 않습니다**

여름휴가 계획이 있어서, 부모님이 아파서, 아이들이 아파서, 그냥 하루쯤 집에서 쉬고 싶어서 등. 휴가를 쓰기 위한 사유는 중요하지 않습니다. "내가 쉬는 것"이 중요하지 휴가를 위한 이유는 필요 없습니다. 휴가를 위해서는 나와 함께 일하는 사람과의 일정만 미리 잘 조율하면 됩니다.

**1. 연간 휴가 일수**

* 무!제!한 (궁서체)

**4. 장기근속휴가**

* 3년 장기근속 시 1개월 + 휴가비 100만원
* 5년 장기근속 시 2개월 + 휴가비 200만원을 제공합니다.
* 3년 혹은 5년 휴가중 하나를 선택할 수 있으며, 사용한 날을 기준으로 다시 장기근속 휴가가 발생됩니다.

**5. 휴가 사용**

* 휴가 일정은 조직장과 협의하며 되며,  다른 크루에게 알리는 용도로 [\[필수\] 휴가 일정 공유](https://chequer.agit.io/g/300103420/wall) 아지트에 공유하면 됩니다.

### **We have a free vacation system!**

**There are plenty of reasons for a vacation\~**

Whether it's summer vacation plans, sick parents, sick kids, or you just want a day off at home, it doesn't matter. The important factor is that you can rest, and take a break. You don't need anyone's approval for your vacation time. Just make sure to coordinate well with your team and check that they don't need anything from you on those days!

There are no half-days. If you need to go somewhere, just communicate with your team and you can go as long as it's less than 4 hours. Anything above 4 hours and you should make up the work hours on other days to complete the 40 hour work week. 

**1. Annual Vacation Days (paid vacation)**

* Unlimited

**2. Emergency Leave (unpaid vacation)**

* If all paid vacation has been used, emergency leave may be used for up to 30 days.
* Emergency leave is unpaid and cannot be used for more than 7 consecutive days.

**3. Using Vacation Time**

* After 2 years of employment, CHEQUER members will be granted extra bonus vacation days.
* Use the [Vacation Schedule](https://chequer.agit.io/g/300103420/wall) thread on AGIT to share your vacation days with CHEQUER teams.
* Use vacation freely after fine-tuning the work schedule within and outside your team.
